How do I track my order?

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Why does my tracking info show no movement?

There may be several days between scans, especially if the shipment is going cross-country.

Why does my tracking status say “delivery failed”?

This status will appear if the carrier attempted to deliver but failed. Usually, the carrier will leave a notice and try to deliver again.
